Long uns are genuine 440's though i've just received a couple new ones I ordered and went for 220's. Price it's 56 v 79 + vat so the 440's do make sense if your using some ink, I was in a tight mood and so we went short. Kids need shoes and so on lol

Yes Arthur is correct whilst they fit and work it is advisable to place support underneath, a box or make something to the correct height. My picture was a temporary location to set it up. Though they dont risk falling out, if you look at machines designed for them they have supporting extension plates. I'd read they don't always register their contents correctly with the bn20's software but then I've known the 220's be just as guilty of that. It's also another space related issue as they do make the machine wider so that needs to be born in mind. From an ink cost point of view I think its about 22ppml v 31ppml inc vat in favour of the large.

How you getting on Paul? Saw the unpacking video  - Wondered if you had managed to produce anything and if you were happy with the results? Will you be using it for t-shirt/garment decoration?

Cheers!
Nigel.

Going for a demo at a dealer near you or at Roland UK to see for yourself is probably you best option Nemo unless you live near someone who has one you can see in action.
