Spike the same will apply those pictures will be owned by someone else, who therefore owns the rights to use them

The original question has been answered very well but I'm sure many members of this forum and others, take calculated risks :) I've done so myself.

Some do and some don't as was seen a short while ago on the series of the Sherifs are coming! Someone in Blackpool was using copyrighted stuff, they lost a court case and ended up having to payout thousands, and the high court sherifs collected!
