If your prints are producing a faint yellow then this isn't sublimation ink. Sublimation ink will transfer into polyester fabric with bright vibrancy assuming you have a heat press working at 190 degrees C and for 60 seconds.

You can't use refill carts on a Ricoh because the sublimation ink that comes in bottles is not gel sublimation ink, I believe it was tested on here but the post was deleted because the ink used was not Sawgrass.

James it doesnt have a name on it no and not sure what my location has to do with it but i didnt set that either.

Someone else on here has claimed to me that they use refill carts with a sublimation gel ink in a ricoh so it seems what I had read in the past must have been wrong.

Its so hard to find whats right i am really new to this as you may have guessed. i dont have a clue what to do with icc profiles so thats next on my hit list lol i appriciate everyones help though. thank you

Although you will need a ICC or Powerdriver from that pic I would say the ink isn't sublimation ink, has your printer had regular ink in it at any point in its life?
