Standard ink, if you were sold this as sublimation then you have a claim against the supplier.
Sub ink dyes polyester - that is it's whole purpose in life. You will need a new printer and inks, removing standard ink from a Ricoh printer to use Sublimation inks in it is often more expensive than buying again due to the wastage of the expensive inks from Sawgrass.
