Ive been in touch with Robin - sales guy from Sawgrass who is on the case
Ive also emailed Longforte requesting a replacement asap
What Longforte are doing is pretty serious. Should there association to this forum should be questioned?.

I would've thought so. If it was a real Sawgrass issue, they'd just recall the inks and replace the labels surely?

Longforte are members of the forum, and have a right to put their side of the story forward, and be given a chance to explain themselves.

Do consumer rule/acts/laws apply to business to business contracts?

Everything that is sold must be fit for purpose, no matter who it is sold to or by whom!

I've emailed Lonforte and asked them to look at this thread and either respond directly to me or ideally respond to the thread.

Longforte have Supplier Membership, otherwise they have no association with the forum at all.

Email received from longforte,
They were advised by an authorised distributor of Sawgrass inks that they should advise customers that this was safe to use and should not cause any problems in operation.
They are removing this line of inks until they find a better supplier/distributor.
Full refund is being received.
Give them there due they are were only doing what they were advised by there distributor.
