When printing, are the colours supposed to be as on computer or are they duller on paper?

Ignore the colours on the paper, they will not look anything like they are supposed to.
If you are concerned about that, then create a black square and use that. Alternatively there is a test mug sheet on here somewhere that might be useful.
The fact that it has not change at all when upping the time suggests one of two things.
1, its perfect and the colours you have selected are simply very pale (unlikely

)
2, the temperature is incorrect. Presuming it is displaying in Celsius then I would guess that there is something wrong with the blanket. Where did you get the mug press from?

I bought the machine new from Monster Doodles.
Regarding the colours. Even the black is very faded.
I'll try a different mug after knocking the temperature up on the mugs i'm using
Thanks for your help

Are you sure it is on centigrade and not fahrenheit? 200c is about 390f but 200f is around 95c
Is this a new problem with everything running well before or is it first time of trying?

sorry was picking the kids up.
They are definitely the sublijet cartridges.
I'll start again using centigrade this time. Maybe that was it (cross fingers)
what prelim temp would you recommend?
Then baking at 180 secs for 200 degrees centigrade?
Thanks and sorry just new to this game
Thanks
