3 BMS mugs gone the same way now. I knew I should have kept going with the halogen oven!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR:mad:

Yep, I've seen it with BMS mugs too, I had two boxes from them most to be fair printed perfectly but had a handful that faded at the bottom, put a straight edge on them and you can see the taper. in my naivety I thought a mug was the same as anybody elses mug - definitely not so, not only do they vary from supplier to supplier but also from batch to batch and even within the same box. I now have to check every mug to it's suitability for top to bottom designs. I wish suppliers would hassle the manufacturers to get their quality control right as its costing us money and hassle time. Large scale suppliers maybe can ware a few failures but for small time people like me with tight margins the failures a too big a percentage. Very frustrating!!

I only use Coralgraph for my mugs, have had no ptroblems with any of them.

Listawood, BMS, Xpres mugs here too. So much time and money wasted because I couldn't do volume printing with so many wasted mugs; it affected my business for a long time. I had a rant about premium mugs on another thread; changed mugs and a few pallets later I'm happy with my current brand.

I can't afford pallets, yet. Mine is just a box at a time and wasting between 6-8 is far to expensive

Agreed Quinsfan0, too many failures. Gary I assume you are volume user so which mugs did you settle with and are they dishwasher proof? straight is one thing but I would want the durability too.

I have yet to find anybody who supplies plain white mugs as straight as Coralgraph. The downside is they are not as dishwasher resistant as others. Note I use 11oz mugs so can't comment about the 10oz mugs.

I have had a think about this....the two mugs that spring to mind are 2.5 years old, both in a dishwasher after every wash, and I don't remember them making such claims back then. So based on experience "yes", but is that relevant to today's mugs? Probably not!

Now if you consider that I buy all my white 11oz mugs from coralgraph....it hasn't been an issue that has bothered me on others

In a nutshell....I can recommend the Coralgraph 11oz mugs.
