It may end up that way Scott, but wanting to check for off the shelf solutions first

we found a plan chest a few weeks ago £25 on gumtree - so they do turn up, my first one came from a school having a re-fit and was destined for the skip, luckily i drove past at the right time, and a few cans to show my appreciation they even delivered it for me.
just a thought tile showrooms have various pull out drawers to show off tiles, might be worth nipping in to one, just for a mooch around to get ideas. best recent buy is a 16drawer A4 metal file cabinet, ideal for keeping cut slogans in for our t shirts £20 off a facebook sales site

11 years ago we had a pine chest of drawers with a baby changing top, made to our specification by a local chippy. It wasn't anywhere near as expensive as I expected...hence why I went ahead with it!

A Scandinavian drawer type thing? Or one of those huge A0 drawer systems you see in art supply shops.

So this in a shop today (Whamproducts branded)

Would possibly work on the 9cm square coasters that I use but not sure on your sizing.

We went for 40 of these

The XL3 size, along with metal fixing plate, and they're all now hanging on the wall, currently each holding a minimum working stock of 4 of each design.
