Sounds about right, the Sawgrass site does have a page regarding ink costs. I'm basing my costs on about £2.00 ball park number for mug/ink/paper/electric etc. Please note I am not a volume supplier just tacking the mug business onto my signmaking business working from home using an A4 Ricoh and general Listawood start up package.

The 129 ml will last you a long time. Do you use a Ricoh? (Maybe an SG3110DN)

In order to check your Ricoh's (SG3110DN for reference) ink levels in percentage. Hold the up and down arrow button together for 5 seconds then release. Then, press the right arrow (#Enter) button. You should be able to see "Service Menu". Press the down arrow button and you'll see "Engine Maintenance. Press the right arrow (#Enter) button and enter 5804016 under the SP NO, then press enter.

You should see the following:

Input CHK RES: Y (that represents your yellow ink). press right arrow (#enter) to view the ink percentage or press up and down arrow to navigate between colors.

Hope this helps.

There's a video showing this on YouTube from Conde. My Ricoh has been showing low ink message for weeks and weeks - still keeps printing though
