Re: Dust on white t shirts

Post by kris_hm »

Hi,
Just got new subli t shirts from xpres today. I'm not sure when they changed fabric but it's bit thinner then old t shirts from them.
In my opinion new ones are better quality, however I've got one problem. I've printed 10 tees and I can see loads of dust sticked to them during pressing. It look like tiny hairs and is bit scruffy...
I've checked every tee before printing and as always covered with baking paper straight from the roll to protect garment.
Is it normal? will that come off in washing ? any advice for future?

I agree, the thinner shirts are much better. I use a lint roller to remove dust etc. before pressing subli tees as it can turn blue under the heat. Not sure what the tiny hairs are though :-(
