Anyone seen or tried these yet? Just about to order smash proof boxes in and saw these. Appreciate you need a small compressor but look interesting. I wonder how difficult they are to pop!? looking forward to seeing the video.

....and here it is.....

Could be a useful thing to have for other items as well, I'm thinking Chromaluxe panels etc.

Been thinking about getting a small compressor as well...tyres...cleaning inside PC's etc :-)

Had a load of IPS monitors delivered this week, wrapped in this stuff - very impressed with it. Like very strong big bubble wrap.
Going to look into it to try and protect our lampshades when they're shipped around.

It does look surprisingly strong, looking at sizes for different bags on their site as well.

I've just registered. Hoping they can make other shapes/sizes to order.

Subliblanks do some as well http://www.subliblanks.com/Consumables/ ... 400mm-300m and they pack their smash proof boxes with them (there was about 12ft of it in there). Subli might do the same so if you just bought boxes maybe there will be some in the box.

Only issue I have is you still need a box so unless your boxes are getting a lot of breakages (we use the smashproof ones and don't get many broken in transit) this is just an additional expense and you need bigger boxes for your mugs so your packing supplies cupboard isn't getting any smaller

I have had bucket loads of stuff delivered with this stuff and it is superb, Only thing I would say is that with DSF discount then polystyrene mug mailers are the same price (Listawoods), so why bother with these?

Appreciate that it can hold different shaped mugs so may be answering my own question there ;-)

No you don't, you can simply put them in a mailing bag.
