Hi all... I bought a RicohSG3110DN back in January.. I haven't used it much (printing maybe three pages until tonight!)
I came to print a photo for a mug I wanted to do, but the photo is coming out looking washed out with a pink hue.
I have the ICC profiles installed and I have all the settings exactly as is in the PDF on the website. Yet it's still coming out like this!
I have also cleaned the print heads and the ink levels all look OK.
Do you know what I might be doing wrong?! I'm wasting a lot of paper and ink at the moment!!
Thanks for any help!

Do you mean they look like this as the come out of the printer or after you have pressed the mug?

They're like this when they come off the printer, but having just pressed the mug - they look "ok"... the colour still doesn't look like a full colour photo which I would have expected. It actually looks a bit yellowy now!! Maybe I cooked it too long.

When coming out the printer sub inks will always look "muted" and the colours will look off, this is because the ink is activated by the heating process which is when the true colour should develop.
