Ricoh SG3110...Low ink stop printing?
Re: Ricoh SG3110...Low ink stop printing?
I wondered that too as it does say dont take them out once they have been installed.
Im still on my original black cartridge and i bought them in October 2012, so that must be well out of date by now, ive still got 10% left so i dont really want to change it if i dont have too.
I have visi-sub and just realised that the date is on the other side so you cant see it when the cartridges are installled.
Are sublijet like this?
My new dates .. Magenta 11/2014 yellow 12/2014 and ordered yesterday 24/03/2013

Another thing - I followed that Conde video about checking the remaining ink more accurately.. that was all fine but now the printer will not 'Sleep' as usual - it has bee awake for a few hours now since going through the Ink Level routine

I always thought this was a bit of a design flaw on sawgrass' part...could just stick the stickers on the other side of the cartridge so they can be seen when the cartridge door is opened!NikGrey;85878 wrote:I cant see the dates once they are installed.
Has never happened at this end...have you definitely backed all the way out of the maintenance menu?NikGrey;85878 wrote:Another thing - I followed that Conde video about checking the remaining ink more accurately.. that was all fine but now the printer will not 'Sleep' as usual - it has bee awake for a few hours now since going through the Ink Level routine
