ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) sublimation?

All new to this and I can't think of a better place to ask this question,,, PLASTIC lol, can you sublimate ABS plastic, (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)? Or would you have to use Digi coat or other base coat?
