Name badge printing problem

I've been asked to make some name badges but try as I might I can't get their logo to fit comfortably due to the fact that the design goes right up to the edge and corners. I've got the 6cm x 2 cm rounded edge white aluminium badges which are the size they want.
Can anyone suggest a way of getting the design to fit properly or any other suggestion s would be gratefully accepted?
