Just had a go with Hotmark from Yolo and it was surprisingly good at the intricate logo I'm working on. Not sure how long I've had this sample as they don't seem to list Hotmark on their site anymore :-(

Also, just remembered that Ralawise were advertising a flex that you could weed down to 2pt font size. The link is below, I am not sure who the actual company is who makes it as Ralawise buy in from various sources, but worth a try perhaps. I do know that on TMT products they sell it is the same price as purchasing direct, even the bulk discount.

Looks interesting Simon and you can buy by the metre whereas the Xpres vinyl is 5m minimum through Rala, thanks for the link :-)

Wouldnt you need a Tangential(?) cutter to cut as small as 2mm?

I used to cut stupidly detailed stuff with my cameo on the target premium vinyl and had a few issues so wouldn't recommend it for larger jobs but for one-offs it was ok. Then again just wouldnt recommend super detailed stuff on vinyl as its a PITA generally lol!

i cant get on with 123 for intricate designs - the carrier is just not sticky enough, and you loose to much, esp if you have to reposition at any time. there premium flex is ok, and i also like the range from dorotape which weeds well, lovely and sticky, and layers

Got my hands on some Super Flex today thanks to Luke at Xpres flying it up on his personal jet (Only way I can think it got here so fast!) Cut the design I'm working on and it weeded 100% first time, no messing :-)
