cap press having a wobbly

I have a cap press not had it three months yet, but it has now started to beep and keeping beeping, the temp gauge flashing and the cap press heats up, but the temps and time seems to be all over the place, any advice,

For the temp to be mad i would say thermostat, but im not sure about timing jumping.
Is the machine not under warrenty?
