I think the header is wasted and just pushes the real information you want your intended customer to see further down the page. People have a short attention span and when clicking on a site, if they don't see something they are interested in nearly straight away, they click off. Not sure if it is because I am on a laptop right now nut I have to scroll down to get to the info every time a click a category. That's my first impression..... header takes up all the room but does little good in encouraging the customer to buy or get involved in looking further.

I like the basic layout...nice and bright and clear/inviting but:

Your pricing says 'from' etc. There is nowhere I can see where the customer knows the actual cost of their required item. For instance mugs from £5.00 and banners from £25.00. What does the basic price buy them and assuming for example it is £25.00 for a 1mtr bannre how wide is it and what is the cost for say a 1.5 mtr or 3 mtr banner?

Customers need to see clearly what the 'final' real cost is otherwise you might well suffer from 'Easy Jet' syndrome where potential customers are put off because of a lack of clarity.

Just my 2d worth otherwise it looks as I said nice clear and fresh.
