Photoshop Elements 6 - Unisub Coaster Template

Hi All,

I have come to a dead end and hope you can help?

The problem it that i used unisub template for a coaster 95mm x 95mm in photoshop E6 (i did re-size it to this when i was changing it to 300 resolution)

When printing it from my ricoh printer it came out half the size of the coaster?

The image/template does show as 9.5cm x 9.5cm?

What am i doing wrong?
