Sometimes you just gotta wonder if someone leaves their front door in tthe morning thinking how can i make it just that little bit more awkward/harder/more difficult for brett (or for anyone else for that matter)
first ebay and their craper than crap customer service
then ebay with their rule changes for top rated seller
then ebay with their changes to listing pictures (theres a pattern emerging here)
then theres royal mail with their price hikes (do ebay have shares in royal mail ????? probably )
and now i type out a message to the dear old customers who cant be arsed to read the info in ebay descriptions letting them know they can send me their picture using my email address which is [EMAIL="peedoffwithebay@noreallyiam]peedoffwithebay@noreallyiam[/EMAIL] and after all that typing i click send and a message pops up in big red letters saying ebay no longer allows email addresses to be placed in messages aggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

how long before they are banned from listing descriptions? just for info i read an article in the guardian the other day where ebay said they have asperations of being like amazon ahhh now it all makes sense listen up folks EBAY DONT WANT THE LIKES OF US ON THEIR SITE ok got that off me chest

Not your day Brett - I had the same message the other day.
I have drafts saved on my computer which I send to all ebay customers to confirm despatch, all of them have my email address and website. AGGHH!

i had a note from ebayer thursday - item not arrived, i said i was away until sunday, but if it had still not arrived (posted tuesday 2nd class as per my listing) then i would post out a replacement on monday morning(today) got a mail on sunday telling me that because it had not arrived and i had done nothing about it from when he first emailed me on thursday he wanted a full refund !!! oh i love ebay, actually thinking of shutting my shop, i only do pin badges and patches on there and at £2.75 a pop its just not worth it

Oh and of course ebay will be totally on your side laura when you ring and try and get your neg feedback removed cause they always are (are you getting that note of sarcasim in my text ) It makes me wonder about somne of the customers on there , they wouldnt expect the same level of service from say a general website or even tesco somewhere like that but because its ebay they expect you to move heaven and earth for a £1.

John recently any day is not my day !!!! like i say i reckon it wont be long before you are banned from putting email addresses in your description as well i really bel;ieve that there are other auction sites which may well be poised to take ebays position ebay just dont want small businesses any more and they certainly dont want the clear out the loft brigade anymore its a long hard slog to the top but its a fast fall back down i reckkon they think they are too big to fail i bet the banking system thought that too

ok if thats how they wanna play it the gloves are off no more mr nice guy the worm has turned im gonna have a really big and i mean huge SULK HA see how they like that

From reading on here about the trials and tribulations folk are having with fleabay it really does look as though fleabay doesn't want your business. It really does seem to be fraught with problems. Anyway good luck folks.

I went to the council today, just to pick up a form, i parked car in the car park nearest to the door, left the grandson (5) in the car and nipped to reception to get the said form.
Easy as that......o no.........

Receptionist said sorry youll have to take a ticket and see one of the advisers, (15 min wait) pardon i said, i only want one to take a form away, doesnt matter she said, i said but then ill have to pay £1.50 parking, she said yes thats right.

Paid parking by putting £2 coin in...no change...then read this meter does not give change !!!!!!!!!!

By the time i got back to the receptionist i was fuming, so i also asked for a complaint form.
