Trade so far....

This year every month up until November we have been running about 25% up on the previous year. November was about the same and so far 9I know we are only three days in ) but we are quite a bit down. How is everyone performing out of interest. ( I must confess we have had a look at our products and been quite ruthless on items that dont earn enough for the time consumed to produce them so that will have some effect)

25% of what?

Turnover, volume of goods or profit?

Not being awkward, just wondering which. If 25% of turnover but profit is down 10% = bad
BUT
If 25% up on profit but turnover down 10% = Good... happy times less work more profit!

That 10% was my random selection before anybody jumps on me.
