iphone cases again

just had customer come up to me in pub where i work tonight and say her chrome iphone case has disintegrated in all four corners while taking it off to insert new sim card.. the 2nd one for her sold from me :rolleyes:
this is the 3rd one of these to break up in the last mth....two from this girl and one from another punter.
I dont know if she is being to bloody rough in taking them off - you need patience to get em off.

i,m really beginning to think the iphone cases are shite and a waste of time TBH. i was gonna do a ad-words campaign blitz from 1st dec onwards for the cases, but this has got me really wary of these cases now.
between the backs coming off the other ones now this.

are the rest of you guys getting then sales for these cases ? and are any of you seeing any returns/faults with them ?

Don't know where you're getting these from but we've sold over 10,000 cases without any reports of this happening (as we don't sell 'chrome' then I presume this isn't ours - but stand to be put right!).

Only use you and another for coloured cases.

but still not sure if this girl customer is just to bloody rough getting case on/off or not.

i have gave here another case from you this time martin - if she comes back again, she be getting here cash back and told to "go away"(being polite for sake of forum) ...she's either AT IT, or a total dumbshit with cases :rolleyes:

Have you fitted one of these cases yourself and had a go at rough handling? If you don't have the same phone, iPhone etc. you buy a dummy off eBay and try that. I'd be surprised if they need to be removed very often....maybe you should look at the rubber cases!

i have dummy phones Justin exactly for that purpose ( and for display on site )
i can take the chrome case on/off without any bother on my iphone4s dummy one.:rolleyes:
it certainly hasnt "fell apart" at the four corners like she says her's has.

funny how she wants to keep the backing from the chrome case !!...
have just emailed here to say - bring back chrome case and backing so i can send back to supplier...will wait n see what reply is here

this is whats making me wonder if she pulling a fast one here .
she says she will be buying a lot of stuff from me for xmas presents, but TBH, if this is a sign, i dont think i want her custom

Uhm, I'd tend to agree with you on this, does sound very unusual. Why would she say she wants more for Xmas when she isn't happy? Is she pushing for a discount maybe? We all get those "I'll be buying loads more from you" customers don't we?
