We always pre press the garments to remove any moisture,press to the recomended times and temps,then press for a further 5 seconds,the vinyl should outlast the garment. Never used mdp vinyl we use graffityp or xpres ultra cut.

it may well be you have not been getting the press right, as others have said with the pocket / hood getting in the way, if its on the front, if you cant feed the garment over the press so one layer is on the press the other layer is under the press, then pad out the area you are going to press so it is all one level, and always repress the garment
