A lot of the suppliers I use send me the invoice as a pdf a day or two after delivery. So I would check your emails for it and your junk emails folder.

I've been dealing with Tp for nearly 4 years and never failed to get an invoice off them. More often than not it's used for the delivery address

I sometime buy in stuff from the public I put in my own receipt, when I can't find the receipt I put my own in with as much detail as I can, I have had a inspection of my books by the tax man and they where quite understanding about them. Bits of paper do get lost and the tax people are good about this. Its no big deal.

The taxman shows a bit more interest if you are vat registered. They start to get a bit more demanding then that paperwork is all in order.
