How to do this?
Re: How to do this?
Hi all,
I have had an order from National express for 60 T shirts.
They want black with text. I thought that would be fine, and i could use my plotter.
But they want tiny writing/names on the back and colour on the front.
How would I do this?
Would i need a transfer paper and use sublimation?
Please advise
Tony

...another question is whats the point of sublimation black tee??
in my opinion you should get this screen printed or screen printed transfers so you can press them yourself.

Re: How to do this?
You can only sublimate onto white/light tees. DTG probably your best bet, some transfer papers possibly. Screen printing is also an option on an order of that size.
Re: How to do this?
Wow how quick was that?
Where could i order Screen printed transfers to press onto the shirts myself?
I need to quote them a price asap.
I can get the Tshirts easily enough.
Thanks

Re: How to do this?
I've not bought any for a few years now so hopefully someone else will be along shortly with a recommendation. I know Target Transfers do them but unsure about prices. I'll try and dig out the name of the company I used last.

Re: How to do this?
i use a guy called lemonade screen print i'll sort his number out in the morning when i get to the shop
Re: How to do this?
Thanks for that. I googled it and have sent an e-mail. If anyone on the site feels they would like to supply me with them then please PM me. I know National Express have asked for other quotes, but as I usually produce their bespoke Hi-Vis vests I am already a preffered supplier and as long as i can come up with the goods at a good price I will be ok.

BMS do a Dark transfer paper, never used it myself but here's the link http://www.printerowners.co.uk/sublimat ... -paper.htm

I dont see why you cant do in vinyl. If you choose a font that it is not too enclosed I cant see why you couldnt do it with vinyl.
