Ricoh Gx7700 sublimation printing problem line on print

Please help,
When I print there are faint white lines on images..
across the whole of the paper A3 and A4.
I have cleaned the printer heads, but it has not helped.
I cleaned Printer Feeder Belt, Enconder Strips and Head Cleaning.

I've seen this on 2 different Ricoh printers in the past. Fine lines across the print at different intervals? Both printers had to be replaced so hopefully you're problem is different. Have you checked head alignment etc?

If you have purchased the GXe7700 from an authorised Sawgrass distributor then get in contact with them. They should be able to sort this out for you.
