Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the cheapest A3 printer with a bulk ink system?

I use a Ricoh GX e3300n at the moment, I would like to sell that and upgrade to bigger printer. Any thoughts on what that is worth second-hand?

The Brother 5910dw A3 all in one printer...
£20 for the bulk ink tanks -easy refillable from the outside of the printer - done even need to take tanks out to fill...

still on sale at £99, down from £199 @ currys ect.

i bought 2 of em and so far they have been great ! - :biggrin:

unless there is one even cheaper i dont know about ????

ordinary bulk inks you can get anywhere online TBH....averaging from £9.99 - 19.99 incl del for 4x 100ml bottles

Sublimation inks you can get online as well bud - but you will have to source that one for yourself i,m afraid.
Here is one example -

And they aint cheap no matter where you buy them, compared to ordinary inks.

Sub inks range from average of £60 for 125ml incl vat/del and depending on yer printer, you need 4/6/8 of these !!

The value will depend hugely on how much ink you have left in the system.

To buy 70% full cartridges x4 would cost around £130/135 so that is where the bulk of your value is. How old is the printer and how many prints has it done? Presumably your on your second or more set of cartridges so factor all this in to your asking price.
