Re: BMS - How to print travel mugs

Ordered 2 of these travel mugs the other day and they have arrived today. look great.

OK - I've watched the "how to print" video on BMS website and the ones I received are completely different to the ones in the video. Tried unscrewing the bottom black plastic to no avail - the insides or handle don't come off either, like in the video - the only thing that does come off is the cap, or am I doing something wrong.

Tried ringing BMS today, busy everytime, tried emailing them from their site - no reply as of yet. Martin - where are you!

I need to print these for 12.30pm today and starting to panic - anyone done these before, and if so, do you have to take them apart like in the video or not?

Yours confused - John

I did one years ago and just pressed the whole thing minus the lid.

Thanks for the reply - that's the way it looks to me too, just confused as to why they'd put a completely different video on the website  i'll give it a try and hopefully the bottom stopper, or handle, doesn't melt in the press

Bottom stopper or handle won't melt in the press! I'll check out the video but the whole item (minus the lid) goes in.

Hi John
i do loads of these though not the bms ones to be honest though i have used theres in the past im assuming its the stainless steel thermal travel mugs you are talking about.
The bottoms or the handles have never melted on the ones ive done i do remove the lid the only thing i found you had to be careful of is if you dunk them i find water gets on the inside so i half dunk them if that makes sense. Feel free to ring me if you need any questions answered fast 01437 766211
