Ricoh GXe3300n black print issues
Hi Folks,

i have recently purchased a Ricoh GXe3300n printer.i have encountered the banding issues which then i sent back to Sawgrass who have happily sorted out that issue!!! they sent me test prints along with my printer and they are perfect, even the black is a solid colour. But when i installed the printer after getting it back, and from sawgrass remotely sorting out the icc profiles (im using MAC) we tried a print of the same image they used, however all of a sudden the black has blotchy marks which when i sublimate on to a coaster, they are still visible.....any help out there!!!! Thank you

What have Sawgrass had to say about this? First port of call would be back to them...

Hi thanks for the replies. I had my original printer back from sawgrass. They actually left their sublimation paper in the tray so that's what I have been doing test prints on. I have sent print samples and a sublimated coaster over to them. Which they should receive Monday. As for storing the paper I just really fill the printer tray and leave it in there!

I was told when first using that this was due to overcooking, I have reduced my time a little and temp actually and havent had it since.
