The supplier in question has emailed me saying he has refunded me through Paypal but, I didn't pay through Paypal. I'm now wondering where my refund has gone & still annoyed that it cost me £15 to send the faulty mugs back.....Grrrrrrrrr....not a happy bunny.

If anyone needs me I'll be in my 'sin bin'.

Well done for using the reputation button and leaving comments Ian, this situation needs (or rather needed) rectifying quickly and to your satisfaction.

I think it could be the same supplier that I used Ian - when my mugs came there was 1 smashed mug out of 2 boxes. I've now started printing them and 2 have cracked with heat in the press, 2 have cracks on the handle, and another has a chunk of ceramic missing where the handle joins the mug. Utter crap.

I haven't notified the supplier yet, apart from the mug that was smashed on delivery, but I'm afraid you definitely do get what you pay for - wouldn't buy again as its false economy.

That's good customer service Paul, but you have to ask why they were broke in the 1st place. Every order i've placed with this supplier has ended up with 1 or 2 broken mugs, which have had to be refunded on next order.

Out of all the boxes I've ever bought from BMS i've never had one broken mug - and that's why I've placed my order today with BMS, pointless buying cheap elsewhere if they are arriving broke.

If you have a justified probelm I don't see a problem with naming companies. If it's left open to guess work people come to the wrong conclusion. I for one would rather you say it were Coralgraph you have the problem with so it's up for fair discussion and in the open. Plenty of people provide direct praise but are frightened to do the opposite. I'd possibly have bought heat presses from Coralgraph but never mugs. If the done thing is to give advice on who to use, then imo who not to use goes hand in hand as long as it's not vindictive. If that company has more supporters than detractors I am sure over all the peoples opinions on here would demonstrate this. If you can only dish out good reviews when naming companies but not when complaining then it's pretty pointless.

I disagree - I blame the flimsy packaging. Who's to say they weren't already broke before they were despatched by our supplier

I send 1000's of mugs out in the bulk boxes of 36 and if there are ever damaged mugs we accept the blame. It's upto us as the supplier to then take it up with our courier. Basic customer service.

true John. they may be broken before... but i dont think courier would pick it up of the flor when somelittle bits are making the noise. and lets be honest i dont think any supplier would risk to try that with they customers only for sending them replacment later...And regards packagin when ordered mugs from bms, coralgraph or ebay I always had double boxed mugs. all separetly baged in plastic bags. only once i had 11oz mugs of ebay loing time a go packed in single carton box but each mug was packed in presentation box. they where terrible btw... :)
