The cost of the roll is quite good, so I would just need a acrylic blocks

you can phone this fella up and ask him for the smallest block and maybe A4 film as a sample! he is always willing to help. I buy my canvas there.
you can get roller on ebay I think. you dont need posh, electric one for lets say A4 only manual one would be perfect.

what sort of roller is that, I should think that this way is far more cost effected that the blocks that have the sticky adhesive

Paul, I have spoken to Jason - great guy - and I have paid for a 6x4 block (20mm thick) and he is sending me some A4 size film to try.... total cost just over £7!!!!! He has also waived the delivery fee of around £8.............this is great service! I hope I like the product and the finish, becuase if so it could become a regular feature! 10 out of 10 for customer service and first impressions!!
