but there is no problem with transfer as far as i can understand your posts. there is problem with colours that dull? are you sure everytinkg is ok with your profile??

also what temp, time and preasure do you use for those?

but everything else i print is abso fine, the profile is fine. i pressed at 200 for 60 seconds which they recommend. it is also called sublimation canvas as i just checked on the website. i will just sell them at reduced price cus of the faded look or maybe thats fashionable nowadays! its just v v v frustrating

yes. most stuff you print is ok but other blanks need diferent preasure. so t-shirt my be pressed with medium heavy and canvas with heavy preasure! this is only example.

i do sometimes wonder why i started all of this, it sells well but getting there is blooming hard work with a lot of mess ups a long the way.

If the canvas you're using is from BMS, then I can say that it most definitely works.


This was using BMS sublimation canvas. I have this one hanging on my wall, and it looks fantastic.

Best effect is achieved with a bright and colourful photo. I tried some with indoor photos (faces in shadows, etc), and the result was pretty poor.

Yes, it's typical sublimation process. For this one, I printed using 13" wide TexPrint roll paper to get a print as big as both my printer and my press could do.

I've never had a sale, though - probably because the likes of Bonusprint (et al) can do larger canvases and cheaper prices. It's an ace thing to do yourself, but I wouldn't get too much stock in until you have the custom for it.

Perhaps, but you could get the bits in for a small canvas and try it out for yourself before investing in bigger equipment.

yes it is bms subli canvas. i dont do photos i do my own artwork on various items. they are lovely and bright on all the other things but for some reason not the canvas. my image doesnt look as bright as yours, but i will still try and sell it anyway. at the end of the day the customer doesnt know it isnt meant to look like that.
