Thanks for that I've sent a email and will try Monday I think their site is the only one that does the jewellery. I expect they just forgot to put on the answering machine, its not the end of the world just annoying. I'm over it, I only phoned to see if metal for the cuff-links, ect was for sublimation and did they have templates if it was. If it is it would solve my problem. and it look good and did the overall product had a reasonable finished look to it, it hard to tell how well its put together by the photo. Thanks for that (the c...k remark did make me laugh) I'm still chuckling about it now. Thanks

With respect Paul they are using technology which we all know can go wrong at times.

A couple of weeks ago I needed to order a few things off them & I did what I always do & sent an email for my order & that was on a Sunday evening. Tuesday morning the parcel arrived, now that is what I call service.

It could have been the case & not always easy running a business from your home with 2 very small children to look after.

I have used Nicky in the past many times in fact it was her that put me on the right track for sublimation and sent me up and onwards and this is the first time that I've had a hiccup. Now doubt when I get through it will be business as usual. Can't wait to try out the cufflinks

I know this Ian :)
but... in busines is like if you not preperrd then you loosing customers.
thats why you got two printers, person x got two presses an I got two cameras. in case something goes wrong. customer dont care they have a problem.... becaus customers want to place order simply and easy :)
if they cant they go elswhere...
I will use them in future any way but only saing how disturbing it is when you urgently need something and you can not get it :)

Nicci at Sublimetals has been in touch with me & asked to inform you all that they have had a family bereavement.
They apologise for the inconvenience but, I think we all understand their situation at the moment.
I'm sure you will all join me in saying our thoughts & prayers are with them at this very difficult time.

There was a problem with the sublimetals website a few days ago, and there was a notice on the home page that something was being done to it & it may go weird for a while (or words to that description) - all looks OK now to me as far as I can see. I've just clicked through quite a few products & it looks like it's all working now.
