D120 printing problems
Re: D120 printing problems
tried that martin keep on having problems now running very low on black got orders to do today
Re: D120 printing problems
Is black not coming through because you are low on ink? Can you please give a recap on what you've done, what worked and what didn't?
Re: D120 printing problems
I've read that if the ink gets too low in most CISS systems it will cause problems such as this.
Re: D120 printing problems
Buy a Ricoh and give up on it. If you read other posts you will see the D120 is a pile of poo. I had one with the same problems, changed chips, syringed until I felt like an extra from Trainspotting and eventually the time and ink it was costing and the stress of not being able to produce items was not worth it. Bought a Ricoh and have never had to do anything other than change a cartridge. Chalk it up to experience or persevere and take years off your life with the stress.
Re: D120 printing problems
I'm using d120 over 2 years now. sometimes it has got problems to print particular colour. So I pull out ciss cartridges and give them a good shake
(try to cover from the bottom to avoid splashing ink everywhere) then I'm printing straight back again with no problems. It's probably fast drying ink or some dust/dirt in ciss
Re: D120 printing problems
Sounds daft but, a few times with my D120 I wet my finger tip & rubbed the nozzle which was blocked & that always did the trick too. Now been running a S21 for over a year now & never had one single issue with it. :biggrin:kris_hm;18431 wrote:I'm using d120 over 2 years now. sometimes it has got problems to print particular colour.
