SG 500 showing offline

Hi
I have owned an Sawgrass SG 500 for over 2 years and it hasn't missed a beat, today I tried to print and print utility said "offline" my internet in the house is fine but tried and tried but couldn't get it to print the image, it was fine and ready go but not printing....any ideas

Bob, where’s the printer situated, is it Ethernet or wireless?
Have you rebooted your router since the last print or tripped a fuse?
Have you done the IT support bog standard response.....switch off printer and computer, unplug printer from the mains for 10 minutes. switch back on and reboot and try again?
