White Residue / Clouding on Clear Acrylic?

I know clear Acrylic isnt the best but wanted to try something out. This is 5mm thick.

I cleaned it before hand with Isopropyl.

I did it on 180-182 for around 80 seconds. I peeled it while it was hot, let it cool under something heavy and then used hot water / soap and a smooth sponge to get rid of all of the bits of paper left over.

It looks good if I use some window cleaner on it but then when it starts to try it goes a bit cloudy like on the pic. I have tried cleaning it

Is it possible to get it all to be transparent like the bit on the left?
