epson xp-255

hi i hope some one can help.
I have a epson xp-255 printer and when i am printing a black image its coming out like a redish purple color and when i sublamate onto a mug it comes out brown
Dose one one know what i am doing wrong thanks

Do you have a profile installed and what make of inks are you using?

Hiya i am using the ink that come with it its called HEMEINY INK from ink experts and i dont know about a profile i have not long had it i am new to this

I'm not aware that Ink Experts sell that ink but if they do they can supply a profile for it.

All sublimation inks need a profile to work with and your ink supplier should be able to help you with this.
