Hello,

I have the SC-F500, no matter what the team and I do it prints grainy, it has been sold to us as a sublimation printer for both ridged and textile substrates.. Has anyone had this issue?[ATTACH=CONFIG]7327[/ATTACH]

Haven't found any solution for this dithering issue anywhere so I'm wondering if this person ended up figuring it out, it's very disgusting

I'd be speaking to your supplier, so many users have struggled with this particular printer I'm afraid.
