Hi there,

I’m after a bit of advice in regards to printing full wrap mugs in the ST-3042 please. To say i’ve been having inconsistent results in an understatement!

With 2 mugs in the machine with protection paper between the artwork and green wrap, we’ve mainly been using 180ºC for 14mins or 190ºC 13mins. The actual designs on the mugs come out perfect, but with a yellow/brown outline around the top and sides of the design, which I imagine is the white leftover area on the paper.

But then when I make a design the full width of the paper (no white outline on top or bottom) and it comes out faded near the handle on one side.

I feel like I’ve tried everything, I’ve laid the mugs down/flipped them half way, stood them up with and without the grill. But just getting either brown/yellow outline around the design or faded near the handle.

What settings are best to go with when doing full wrap design mugs?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum.

It’s a setting In Photoshop.
where you change to the ink experts icc there’s an option selected that shouldn’t be.
I know because I had this same issue after I swapped pc.
