Hi all!
I'm brand new in sublimation and, as i don't know if this mine new hobby will have a future, i've bought a second handed sawgrass SG400 from a shop near me that has closed permanently.
The printer had empty ink cartridges and full wasted ink collector so, i've replaced the collector and bought a new set of sublijet hd ink carts.
Then when i powered up the printer, it loads and loads and loads and at the end, pops up the red light with error 20200 followed by error 20222.
I've googled for a solution but, Sawgrass suggest to remove the cartridges, shake them and put them back in....this doesn't solve the problem.
I have tried to flush the print heads with a modified syringe following some youtube videos and the ink seems to pass through the heads but the black line tubes seems to remain empty when i power up the printer.
Also, after all this trials, ink cartridges starts to be quite low so basically i've wasted about 200 euros without solving anything.
Is there something i could do before taking an hammer and smash everything?

Both of those error codes refer to the waste ink collector (maintenance tank). Have you refitted it correctly and gone through the correct reset procedure?

I've buoght a new maintenance tank because the old one was full so, i just take out the old one and put in the new one. Is there another procedure to reset it on the SG400? I didn't find anything about this
