banding appears in low quality settings Epson ET-14400

Hi,
Banding was never a problem with my ET-14400 printer because i only printed in best quality on my sublimation papers which results in alot of ink on the paper, this way banding is "masked" and you dont see it anymore. However now i want to print in the lowest possible quality or better said the least amount of ink because i want to print on Siser easy subli which is only possible with a super low amount of ink, thats the trick here regardings Siser easy subli with Epson printers. The problem is that the Epsons produce terrible banding effects in their "eco" settings. I have dark banding which mean the printhead overlaps a little bit, i tried to get some distance between the lines in the Epson print head alignment tool but it there was actually no difference. Is there a way to reduce banding or is there even an alternative driver to reduce the print speed in eco mode or another setting i have to do? Problem is the Epson driver dont allow me to deactivate the "fast print" option as well in Eco mode.
