HP Stitch S300 64" sublimation printer - I Bought it!!!
Re: HP Stitch S300 64" sublimation printer - I Bought it!!!
No looking back really
It's never skipped a beat, still on its original heads, well past their warranty on how much ink has gone through them
We have kept running the 9600 all this time mainly for one client who has tricky colours to match for their lampshade production, and for hard surfaces, but as the 9600 finally died and can't find another (lost count of how many we've run into the ground now!) we are finally getting round to doing this week.

E2A
We've been so impressed with the HP Sublimation printer, we're looking into getting an HP latex to bring our wallpaper printing inhouse.

Print heads being user replaceable is a big plus - no more writing off a printer cause the head has gone, and no expensive call outs for replacing them (same goes for the maintenance system)
We're still on our first set of heads, coming up to a year, with each having fired around 6 litres of ink each. This is a lot more than they're warrantied for - there are a few missing nozzles now, which the printer has recognised, and appears to be fine compensating for (printer has more nozzles than it needs to achieve this.) Can see them in the test plots, but not affecting the prints.
I have a set of 4 print heads on the shelf waiting to replace them, either when the print quality starts to deteriorate, or maybe I'll do it on its first year anniversary day!
