Problem with coloured mugs?

Hi. I read somewhere that there was a problem with some coloured mugs. I use this one with no problem. https://www.printequipment.de/en/kerami ... 4l6be8qcc0
Now the same customer wants this mug https://www.printequipment.de/en/kerami ... 4l6be8qcc0
I read somewhere that there is a problem with this mug as the colours come off.
Anyone with experience of this happening?

Hi Earl

The Rim and Handle mugs in the link will be fine absolutely fine. The coloured elements are applied to the mug body using high fire glazes - exactly the same ones used to produce the Two Tone mugs you've already had a good experience with. The Duraglaze coating and coating process is also identical - so all should be well!
