Could I be i bold as to ask you for some help please? I have the driver link and I have downloaded it. The printer is displaying as Unspecified in the Devices section but when I try to print, it does not recognise the ribbon printer. What have I done wrong? I would really appreciate your help. Hi everyone. I have purchased a used ZX40 Ribbon printer and I have mislaid the software disk and the driver disk. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to download them? I have tried but no luck yet.

When customers purchase a new ZX-40 Ribbon Printer from us, they are supplied with a code so they can download the ribbon design/graphics software. As many computers these days do not have CD drives, more and more companies are moving towards supplying download links.

If someone has purchased a used ribbon printing system from elsewhere and they do not have access to our software, please contact us as they are available to purchase.
