I recently bought a Sawgrass SG400, genuine inks, I am getting banding and lines in prints, when I print the primary chart from the driver, it shows banding mainly in the black and cyan.
- I have cleaned the capping station with hot distilled water.
- Cleaned the encoder strip and wheel.
- Done all alignments as stated in the user guide.
- Head cleans and head flush, to the point I have very little ink left.
Sawgrass have replaced the printer with a new one, I put the same inks into the new printer, but still get banding in the cyan, vertical and horizontal, which is almost the same pattern as the original printer.
Put a new Cyan into the new printer and printed 10 full pages of cyan, but banding and lines are still present on the primary chart.
You can see from the pics below, that banding/lines, I also tried it from my laptop instead of the PC, but it's still the same.
