Phone grip/pop sockets.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for phone grips/popsocket items to sublimate on, I'm not having any joy for the specific type im looking for (see attached picture) except on some American and chinese sites & also a couple of sellers on ebay etc.

I was wondering if anyone knows any uk sites that do them, and how good they actually are for sublimating on to.
