Hi

I have tried to press ceramic hearts, they crack each time, I have decreased pressure and temperature, have
also followed instructions, I used to make these on an old cheap press without any problems. Does anyone have
any ideas please.

Thank you.

When we used to do these, we only found that they came out perfect in the 3D sublimation machine. Not much help I know, but if you do a lot of them then trying to source a second hand on here might be the way to go if you get a lot of breakages.

Hi Sorry to be thick, do you mean, source a 3d sublimation machine?

Is there anyone on the forum that would be prepared to make them at a price of course :)

I have managed to print them double-sided quite successfully on a regular clamshell press - I have a 1cm thick silicone pad below and a thin, 3mm silicone one on top. I preheat for about a minute (not clamping the press down) and then press for 5 minutes at 195C.

Hi
I purchased a large quanity of 4 inch ceramic hearts, in the main they have sublimated very well in the vacuum press, however where I have designs with a black background sometimes the edges are not coming out that well.?
