Hi guys, i sublimate pretty much everything but keep getting asked for polo shirts etc now this may seem a stupid question but do i specifically have to purchase "special" sublimation t shirts or can i sublimate any cotton polo or t shirt? thanks for your help

You can only sublimate onto polyester or polyester mix materials. The less polyester the less the image transfers especially after washing. Think retro vintage.

You'd need polyester polo shirts - which as workwear as awful to wear, as polo shirts usually use a pretty thick material, so not thin and breathable like sportswear. One company I worked for in the past supplied us with poly-cotton polo shirts, and I refused to wear them, and went out and bought my own cotton ones in the same colour.
