To be honest, I don't do them anymore, but when I did I always purchased from Subli Blanks in the UK

Why you don't do them anymore? Its a bit tedious process as opposed to UV printing for example, but UV printers are very expensive ...

I don't do them because my customers did not want them and there are far better mass production phone case companies out there who can do it quicker and cheaper than me

These chinease 3Ds timing is really important .But it can be vary to machine to machine , and also different colour Jigs works differently and lastly the type of the case .If you get blurry images that means you are cooking it for too long .You have to find the sweet spot your self tobe honest .One of our machine takes 12 mns and other 9 mins .With some Jigs it can takes only 6-7 mins ....You have to waste some cases to master it for sure ..!!

as to the fit i use a small vice that is mand for 3d cases you put it in still hot and squeeze it till is cool and it makes them fit perfectlty
