printer advice for small prints and high quality quotes

Hi all,

seem to be pestering you all at at the moment so my apologies. I'm looking at starting to branch out with a good quality printer to do high quality graphic art with quotes, and also photographs. As these will be produced on heavier paper and sometimes card, could anyone recommend a printer and the appropriate inks please? I've been looking at the canon pixma pro 10s A3
